The Licensed to E.A.T. food judging class this last Sunday went really really amazing.

We had wonderful people taking the class including Joy & Tom hosts from Ozark Live, Nancy Miller from Nearly Famous Deli and Pasta House, and Billy the 417foodist. Angela Costello and Tim Christian with the Show Me Series did a great job putting on the class along with Michelle Higgins. We had 4 Chefs, and 6 different food courses to teach judging techniques. Chef Jeff White, Chef Shane Fickbohm, Chef Matt Gann, and myself Chef Chaz Koeppen were happy to help. At the end of the class we were totally surprised and were presented 2 Golden Tickets to the World Food Championships in Dallas Texas this fall. Thank you so much the “Show Me Series” for all you do for the restaurant industry and for encouraging Chefs on every level to be creative!
